About the role
You will be responsible for the support of the Mandate Head on the day-to-day management and administration of complex client structures such as trusts, investment companies, foundations, and private trust companies, with the support of both internal and external experts.

Main tasks/responsibilities:

Corporate and Trust administration

Assistance with drafting of resolutions, letters

Preparation and monitoring of inventories and asset overviews

Completion of bank account openings, processing and maintenance of bank forms

Supporting the Mandate Head on documentation required for the files

Uploading necessary documents and information into the document management system

Any other ad-hoc tasks as a trusts assistant that might be required from time to time and given more responsibility over time as you learn and grow

You are:

Eager to learn

Professional experience, education and languages:

2+ years of experience in administering international client mandates as a trust officer

Exposure and affinity to accounting would be a strong plus

Strong administration and organizational skills as well as comfortable with internal and external stakeholders

Strong IT skills and expertise in trust administration tools (e.g., NavOne, ViewPoint)

Excellent command of English and German, both written and spoken
